Our Management Team
John is the Production Supervisor of Custom Source Woodworking. He is one of the owners of CSW and is responsible for managing the first production shift. John’s experience in the woodworking industry extends over 30 years.
Robert is the Plant Manager for Custom Source Woodworking. He supervises production and shipping. Prior to CSW, Robert worked at Providence Saint Peter Hospital and Brad Popp Construction as a General Construction Laborer, and at Yosemite Installation as an Insulation Installer.
Dallas Lemon is the Supply Chain Manager for CSW. He is responsible for procurement and purchasing and also oversees the Receiving and Inventory departments. Prior to CSW, Dallas worked in the warehouse industry. He holds a BA in Business Management and Operations and is also Vice President of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) WA Chapter.
Joe is the Chief Executive Officer of Custom Source Woodworking. He is one of the original founders of CSW and has overall responsibility for the company’s operations with a specific focus on engineering, materials, and production. Joe’s experience in the woodworking industry spans three states and over 22 years. He also founded and oversees CSW’s internship program with North Salem High School.
